My story

I started this because meal plans alone weren't working.

I know what it's like to have the right macro numbers on paper and still not follow through — because cooking, shopping, and portioning every day is the part that actually gets in the way. So I started cooking for a few people at my gym, exactly to their numbers, and it worked.

The Macro Table is that same idea, just for more than one person: I take your questionnaire, calculate what your body actually needs, and cook it myself — in small batches, for a small number of clients, so nothing about it feels mass-produced.

How is this different from a meal plan app?

An app gives you numbers on a screen. I calculate those same numbers, then actually shop, cook, and portion the food to hit them — you don't have to do anything except pick it up and eat.

How are my macros calculated?

From your questionnaire — height, weight, age, activity level, and goal — using standard calorie and macro calculations, then reviewed by me before your first week is cooked.

What if I have allergies or dislikes?

Tell me on the questionnaire. I keep a running note on every client and check it against every plan before I shop.

How far ahead do I need to order?

I run on a fixed weekly cook day, so plans and orders need to be in a few days ahead — I'll confirm the exact cutoff once we talk.

Where do you deliver or meet for pickup?

Local pickup at the gym, or drop-off nearby depending on the week — we'll figure out what's easiest once you sign up.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your goals and how many meals a week make sense for you — message me directly and we'll figure out a plan and price together.
